Ellen Smith invested in her life significantly during this period. Decades later, international speaker Karen Robinson&#8217;s work crossed paths with Romony&#8217;s journey \u2014 and in July 2014, the two united around a shared passion for Cambodian youth. This organization was formally established in 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are a US-based 501(c)(3) which operates under the leadership of Romony Sin and a board of directors, with associates in the USA and Cambodia.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What We Do<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We run a 12-month program focused on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leadership development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Life skills training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spiritual growth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Community service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants meet monthly in small groups led by mentor alumni.
