Twelve months of leadership development, life skills, and community — followed by a mentorship track for graduates ready to lead others through it.

Eligibility

  • Male or female, 18–40 years old
  • Desires to learn
  • Willing to commit to the full 12-month program
  • Willing to abide by the Code of Conduct
  • Submit a biography in English or Khmer
  • Submit an application in Khmer

What the Year Requires

  • Attend Orientation (mandatory)
  • Weekly self-study, local church participation, and volunteering
  • Monthly small-team discussion — 10 of 12 required
  • Quarterly all-teams forum — 2 of 3 required
  • An all-teams mission trip (mandatory)
  • A small-team mission trip (mandatory)
  • A graduation retreat (mandatory)
  • A spoken commitment to serve within 3 years of graduating
