Twelve months of leadership development, life skills, and community — followed by a mentorship track for graduates ready to lead others through it.
Eligibility
- Male or female, 18–40 years old
- Desires to learn
- Willing to commit to the full 12-month program
- Willing to abide by the Code of Conduct
- Submit a biography in English or Khmer
- Submit an application in Khmer
What the Year Requires
- Attend Orientation (mandatory)
- Weekly self-study, local church participation, and volunteering
- Monthly small-team discussion — 10 of 12 required
- Quarterly all-teams forum — 2 of 3 required
- An all-teams mission trip (mandatory)
- A small-team mission trip (mandatory)
- A graduation retreat (mandatory)
- A spoken commitment to serve within 3 years of graduating
