For graduates ready to go deeper: a second year built on practical, spiritual, and life instruction.

Purpose

To provide practical, spiritual, and life instruction in specialized areas identified by leadership, while cultivating a healthy relationship.

The program builds capacity to function with greater excellence through three commitments: maximizing excellence, igniting confidence, and cultivating leaders.

Eligibility

  • Female
  • Completed the core 12-month program
  • Willing to follow program guidelines
  • Submit a mentee profile in English
